Noelle Christensen brings 25 years of Supply Chain and Leadership experience, with 17 years focused primarily on government contracting in the clothing and textile industry. At the core of the NTC Advisor expertise lies a profound understanding of DOD Business Development and US Textile and Apparel Manufacturing Supply Chains. We have provided invaluable entrepreneurial support for start-ups targeting rapid growth, and played critical roles in buy-side and sell-side merger & acquisition activities. Industry experience includes retail, catalog, and ecommerce merchandising in diverse industries including consumer products, specialty food, musical instruments, recreational equipment and medical PPE, masks and isolation gowns.

Noelle’s professional journey is marked by leadership roles at Shawmut, Massif, and Musician’s Friend, where she led teams to innovate and expand in highly competitive markets. At Shawmut, a global textile innovation company, she spearheaded the creation of the Military/Protective products division, establishing organizational structure and maximizing revenue. Her tenure at Massif was distinguished by her leadership in executing the company’s high performance protective clothing vision and strategies, ensuring achievement through ownership transitions, guiding the team through economic downturns, and maintaining prime and subcontractor relationships with the DOD for 14 years. At Musician’s Friend, Noelle revolutionized their inventory management and developed strong supply relationships, significantly improving operational efficiency and product line expansion.
